THE BEGINNING
Where It All Began
1945
In 1945, after returning from the Second World War, a young man met a woman from the village of Beaupuy.
She loved her village deeply and could not imagine leaving it behind. So, rather than asking her to leave her home, he brought its spirit into his own life — naming his vineyard Beaupuy after the place she loved.
What began as a story of love became the beginning of something that would last far beyond their own generation.
He Could Not Bring Her Village to Him, So He Gave Her Village to His Vines.
The name Beaupuy became more than the name of a vineyard. It became a symbol of love, devotion and a promise to preserve something meaningful for generations to come. Today, that same story lives in every bottle – connecting the land, the people and the passion behind Beaupuy Wines.
